All Kubota Parts departments cant really be called parts departments. When not a single dealer (or at least the 5 in Ontario I called) actually stock a fanbelt for a tractor they describe as their biggest seller...you cant call that a parts department. Its an ordering hub. They all rely on the next day delivery instead of investing in an actual parts department. YOu must remember that once it ships, its out of their control - so “hopefully” next day. You arent allowed to go pick it up from Markham yourself. I’ve had this problem with both the tractor L4060 with blower and the mower (Z100) and parts. Im not talking obscure, rare or old model. This is a fanbelt for their most popular current model. Or so the sales guys say. The mower has never functioned properly from the start ! Heck we took possession of the L4060 and blower and it wouldnt stay engaged. You discover this when you are trying to clear snow so your customers can gain access to your business. We had to argue that the problems existed, took 2 visits from them to decide theyd assembled with a part upside down/backwards and thats why it wouldnt/couldnt stay engaged, and no it wasnt me. I had to send videos to get them out the second time. Turns out the first time, the chap never even started up and moved the tractor, how do you check if the blower is working if you dont move it ? When it comes time to replace this tractor, I wont be going Kubota or Church’s again.

Have purchased multiple kubota tractors in the years from CHURCH'S. Not for estate work but for the real farm. Haying, tilling, seeding, snowremoval, harvesting..... The sales, parts, service and reception have always been helpful in making the right decision, repair or purchase with positive attitudes. They know the market and their equipment capabilities and are competitive.
