Brock windows and doors were excellent. I made a supply only order, I checked out other companies and even a few big box stores. Brock windows was able to take my measurements and make a custom window. It was even less money then the standard sizes other stores were offering. turn around time was only 3 weeks. I drove to the nearest location and loaded in my truck. for me to be able to slowly replace 1 window at a time doing it at my own pace will save me thousands.

Very happy with the finished product and highly recommend Brock! PS. This installation was done in the winter, so a bit colder and there were some small gaps in the caulking around doors, once it dried. Brock was responsive and back super quickly to help touch up! We replaced all 17 windows and 1 door in our house. Huge credit to the salesperson we dealt with as it took us a year to finalize our purchase. We had 3 other local companies quote, and Brock was the most competitive, while having the best products (from what all the sales people could describe). Our sales person listened to our wants and needs and made some suggestions. It was a pleasure the entire process. Then came the installation. The team showed up right on time, walked me through what was going to happen and were bang on the entire time. They were courteous and pleasant with my family, used drop cloths and vacuumed each day (I think they vacuumed more than we do). Working from home during COVID, they even adjusted their area of work in my house during an important video call I had to make. The final details of trim, filling holes and caulking was A. We absolutely love our new windows. The last two days have been between 5-0 degrees and we have yet to turn our heat on again! The windows are already paying for themselves! I can't wait for my front door! Customer for life!
