I contacted Hillside Kennels because my dog pulled out of her harness walking , when she heard gunshots. The lady contacted me each time I called with advice. With her advice we were able to capture our dog. Our newly adopted dog is scared of most things, noise, people, vehicles, water even her name being called panics her. I listened to her advise and because of this Echo is home safe. We did posters, went door to door, social media and the safe capture coyote trap. People called us with sightings, dozens of people helped us and we found a couple that would allow us to set up the trap, she had been at there house 3 times trap was set with stinky food, hot dogs and smelly cat food.To get her home safe we used all means possible. Thank you Hillside Kennels Echo is home safe.

To the staff working at this animal shelter- it’s not very nice or professional to announce that people lie in their reviews. Everyone has their own experience with businesses, and judging by all of the negative comments, you should review your day to day operation and how you treat the dogs and people. I have a dog that was rescued from here, I am currently fostering him, and I’m glad he’s out of there. Please be kind to the animals, they need us.

Called hillside for an injured animal. They were very quick to respond. Have taken an injured bunny there as well with my kids and they were very compassionate.

My absolute best advice when dealing with Hillside Kennels, is to record and document everything from the very first contact you make with them.
