I would like to thank the women in Ingersoll for always being helpful, courteous and going out of their way to accommodate all of my requests no matter how big or small. I certainly cannot relate to this gentleman that posted his experience, I think he got the name wrong of the establishment he was in! Even though I now live in the great white north, I would never go anywhere else for my travel needs.

We find the service from the girls in this office to be very professional. They have found us some amazing trips over the years and continue to ensure that we have very memorable experiences. I went in to get info on a trip.spoke with a woman. I made a comment I don't have my passport yet should take 7 ,10 working days to get. She then said no it doesnt it takes four to six weeks. I said not if you take it to London.She most rudely said well your the expert. I asked why would you speak to me like that? No answer got up walked out!! Asked around Ingersoll many others told me similar stories even new what the women looked like.DONT GO THERE!! .She laughed as I walked out. Worst ever. Booked with Robert Q Woodstock. Great company go there . Don't give your hard earned money to this company!!!!
