We have ordered a few of these boxes and my daughter loves them. They are well put together and very organized. It's nice to have a kids subscription box in Canada and close.

Shipping was super late. Box was missing items and incorrect items were sent. Emailed with no response. After I did get a response it was \allow me until tomorrow to talk with our fulfillment team\ and then no response again. It's been another week with no response. I understand needing to substitute some items. But I essentially got a box of stickers. Not impressed with customer service. Would NOT order again. Will be writing a more thorough review for social media outlets.

AMAZING PAST TIME WITH KIDS DURING COVID-19. I have been buying these boxes for my nieces and they love the art.. my sister told me they pace their time and it lasts them a month to do the projects... mind you you can go through it in one day but it probably defeats the purpose. everything is included, its an awesome price and its CANADIAN!! how can you say no. HONESTLY i highly reccomend the subscription and single boxes because its a great way to stay away from the Tv and do some creativity.

Ordered a three month subscription... got one box mid July. Nothing for August and now it is September. So I am expecting two boxes this month? Have emailed them but received no reply. I've just tried calling now... we shall see if we hear anything.

SO I ORDERD THIS FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN PAID IN FULL FOR 6 MONTHS AND ONLY GOT 5 MONTHS. I HAVE BEEN MAKING EMAIL ATTEMPTS TO GET THE LAST BOX DUE IN MAY 2020 AND I HAD NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. MAYBE THINK TWICE ABOUT USING THERE SERVICE AGAIN. TOO BAD BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO DO ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION FOR A YEAR BUT NOT NOW!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!!! I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE OWNER DID CONTACT ME WHEN THEY SEEN THIS REVIEW AND WERE VERY SORRY FOR THE SOFTWARE MISTAKE AND HAVE NOW RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM. I WILL NOW SUBSCRIBE FOR A YEAR. THANK YOU FOR THE QUICK RESPONSE!!!
