I am a non smoker! Thank you to Ailene and Wendy who are amazing and super supportive. I haven't had a cigarette in 14 days now and it has been fairly easy to kick the 25 year habit. I have had some tough moments, but have been able to persevere with a little bit of will power and the help of their detox kit. This laser treatment is working very well for me.
