My long story begins when I placed an order for shelves and 1 bracket was missing making one shelf useless. After contacting support they told me they had to investigate because a 5 bracket is such a huge loss to them, outcome they didn't want to replace a missing 5 bracket. I place a curbside order at the Etobicoke location for multiple items including my missing bracket, pickup time comes and no email came for me to pick up said items. Called support and they said they oversold the brackets and they needed to be cancelled to proceed to pickup the other items. I proceed to the store and am told I need the start the car email to pickup the items even though support said its fine. I go home and wait. Two days later I receive a failed to pickup order cancellation notice. Support blames me for not following up and will not refund the 5 picking fee. So the store never notified me the brackets were over sold, never had the order fixed so I could pick it up, then I am told the picking fee is not refundable. Its a small fee but its a slap in the face and I would say avoid the store like the plague until you can physical go inside and pick up what you need with your own bare hands. Thanks for nothing Ikea, time to order brackets from somewhere else
It is absolutely unacceptable that you guys are charging 5.00 for bringing the product to the door of the store for curb side pick up, we are buying online due to the lock down but should not be more expensive. Not fair with the clients.

i was here last year when there werent any restrictions, but then i did not know how to put reviews. i am an old grandmother and daughter and mother and human being (yeah im not an alien) and i cant believe the service. they treated me like trash, and all the objects were very pricy and bad quality. *sings* i dont like youuuuuuu peopllllllleeeeee.
After reading reviews (without even buying ) I canceled my plan to buy stuff from ikea online and even from store. I wanted to buy furniture from ikea but not anymore. Thanks guys for sharing your experience. Saved me ‼️
Even with a mix up in the schedule they sorted it out unloaded me 11 hours early. And were very pleasant about it. Thank you so much
