They’ve got a lot of awesome tools and materials and for years I’ve tried to go to suppliers like this instead of big box stores, now more than ever. No ones answers the phone, emails, online store pick up option doesn’t work. For weeks on end this has been the case. I understand how difficult of a time this is but everyone else seems to have it figured out.

A lot of top brands tools, you can find here. Sometime, tools have good deals and brand new. Not sure if you could price match but can still try. Store seem to be well organize and clean to shop. Only one IHL branch and not eazy to come down, depend on location.

Customer service at IHL is top notch. I Highly recommend checking out their house brands for high quality products, and good deals. Duradrive fasteners, and apparel are commonly featured on my sites.

Prostration to the associate on IHL. Yes pickup only and you wait more than 1 hours. then they never give original receipt the day you pickup your items. Even though you request it thru email and over the phone. Their obligation is to print a copy of original receipt. But they pass it in to the customer to print. IHL They don't print. They never give a physical receipt to the customer. But this is mandatory. Then here's the IHL said. OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO BE A INDUSTRY LEADER IN EVERY ASPECT OF OUR BUSINESS BY CONSISTENTLY ON OUR CUSTOMER NEEDS (quote & quote) THEN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ( wow... wow. how can you say that. CUSTOMER NEEDS & SATISFACTION??? Did you really trained your associates in the store?? Are they really have co-ordinate each other?? That's ridiculous. As of my experience. if you really focus on your customers. Why they don't know how to give a hard copy of original receipt, if you really want your customers satisfaction. as a customer we REQUEST a physical receipt. On The day we pickup ours items. Is that hard to give physical receipt to your customer the day they release the items. It's your obligation to PRINT a physical receipt and give it to your customer. . Not us. We our a buyer not a seller. Your obligation is to give a physical receipt. It's mandatory by law. Remember. Not all customers have own printer. Not all customers knowledgeable in the computer to print. It's your job and obligation to print. Not a customer.
