**Update**Still waiting after original phone call in April 2020. Finally had someone come out to do the “survey” in august. Haven’t heard a single thing from them since.. that’s half a year ago just to put it in perspective. Have called many many times and spoken with the women at reception. Says she will call right back when she finds out when we will get our information. Never phones back. ***UPDATE** have finally received word back from the office saying we should hopefully have the project in hand by the end of the week. Gained one star. Will update review again at end of week

Requested a simple survey of a existing house in a subdivision in June to build a fence. Phoned a few times, Yada Yada Yada, we're too busy. End of Oct. Still no survey, and no fence. Have filed a complaint with the BBB, which they haven't bothered to respond to and the AOLS.
