Very friendly and welcoming Staff :) The ladies at this location were more than happy to assist me with what I was looking for and answered my questions. More than I can say about the Lady at the other location on Water St. I will definitely be returning to this location with my business

The staff is not really friendly.
The store was a little hard to find but i'm sure glad my husband & I made the trip. We have been to many sexual health stores, however we have never felt more comfortable & taken care of. They took the time to explain each product and offer the lowest prices in the lower mainland. Thank you Franco! We will definitely be back!
Went with a friend who has never been to the store before. Was appalled by the poor service we received by the sales person. Not only was she not friendly (did not greet us when we arrived) she seemed really unhappy when we were politely asking questions as my friend had never purchased a sex toy and we were hoping she could give us some advice. We found her quite rude and we felt a bit embarrassed for asking questions about the products that were there. I have been here in the past and felt that the service was much better, the sales person was very open and made you feel comfortable in the store and was open to answering any questions I had. It can be an intimidating place for some and I expected the sales person to provide a comfortable and non-judgmental environment-which we did not experience. I wish I grabbed the person's name because we was terrible. All I can remember was that she was quite pale and was a red head. If anyone does read this, I suggest she gets a lesson improving her customer service or find a job where she is less miserable.
