I run a landscape company and just bought a 14K lbs Load Trail dump trailer from Glen and could not be happier! This trailer is built tough! And it comes with smart features such as an emergency hydraulic drain to allow you to drop the bin if the ram is extended and the batter dies. I am VERY pleased with the trailer as well as the staff I worked with. Big thank you to Glen for calling me before they sold out of the model I wanted and a big thank you to Ashley and Jodi for helping me get all the paper work signed. I am so happy to have found this company and I expect to be buying trailers from them for a long time to come!

Started out great with sales side of things then turned out to be a nightmare when I needed warranty issues to be done. Literally been dealing with warranty issues for 2 years and nothing has been resolved they look for anyway not to pay. This dealer is a absolute fraud if you see there dealer sign drive the other way.

Dealt directly with the owner Glen. He deliberately misrepresented what he was available to offer me, quoting me one thing that worked for my purposes, then bait and switching me into an in stock unit to screw me into buying a trailer too large for my needs just because it happened to be on his lot at the moment. Total waste of my time, insulted me on the phone and was completely unprofessional. UPDATE: Glen called me not 10 minutes after I posted this review, called me unprofessional, told me that I didn’t have the intellect to understand what game he was playing, and that I was a tiny man that hides behind ‘big words’ and that I should come by anytime to settle things like ‘men’. Totally absurd behaviour in 2020 - really glad I caught onto his shady nonsense before I ended up doing business with him.

When it all goes wrong you find out the sort of people you are dealing with. They blame you for buying defective products. We purchased a trailer and five bins four of them defective as follows Shallow welds porosity in the weld misaligned doors bent rails missing parts They are badly made and inferior It looks like the only way ahead is take it to court .My advise just dont buy from this company

I Just purchased enclosed cargo trailer From Chris Pearl. He Stayed open to accommodate my schedule witch was after there work hours. He did a great job of getting everything in order and he made sure that everything I wanted done to the trailer was finished prior to picking it up. Very friendly service. I would Highly recommend anyone looking for a new trailer to contact these guys. Thank you i will be using this company from now on.
