Warm and welcoming Staff. They listen to your needs and discuss the process and action plan that is tailored to your optimum recovery. Very professional, courteous and gentle.

Not very impressed. Receptionist changes like old tissue, must be lack of leadership by management.

After several months of left knee pain, I was recommended by a client to see Dr. Edelist. The appointment lasted a measly 10 minutes. Events that transpired: - Dr. Edelist late to the appointment - asked a few questions to probe about the injury - checked my mri very briefly, mri showed signs of possible meniscus tear, radiologist concluded for potential meniscus tear - Dr. manipulated my knee and finally concluded that it wasn’t serious, and that I had Patellar Femoral Syndrome - asked if I had benefits, stepped out and came back with a patellar strap to solve my knee pain - asked me to perform squat, pain was still there - blamed the orientation of the strap, adjusted it for me, and again asked me to perform a squat... surprisingly, pain did NOT subside one bit - took off strap, sat me down, and started to provide several haphazard recommendations which included: topical anti-inflammatory cream, more physiotherapy at his clinic, and before he left, tried to sell me orthotics to possibly fix my gait, in hopes that it would fix my knee pain - I respected his professional opinion, but I asked if those recommendations didn’t work what were the next steps?... - his response: “come back in 6-8 weeks and I’ll give you a cortisone injection” - knowing well that I didn’t want a cortisone injection as the potential down-the-road solution, I politely asked to get a script for second opinion from a knee specialist I had in mind... - he declined - I asked why - he said it would make no difference to my knee pain Fast forward 2 months after getting that second opinion with a knee specialist >>> my lateral meniscus was repaired and a part of my medial meniscus was scoped. No straps, no creams, no cortisone prescribed. Dr. Edelist was very dismissive, uncertain, and egotistical. It was a very disappointing consultation that left me frustrated and helpless. Proceed with caution.

Been going here for physio for a few years. I've seen Dr. Edelist a few times for various injuries and he's always been very helpful and informative. The staff are always so pleasant and I have never had a session that I felt didn't help me. I highly recommend this clinic.

To expensive for me, the receptionist was to rude with me all the time, I went 3 times for treatment and I didn’t notice any improvement in me health. My physiotherapist Nicole were very friendly and nice but unfortunately I didn’t feel any improvement in my health.
