I ordered my Hides wallet during the Corona outbreak. There was a small hiccup with the delivery process ( Canada Post), I emailed Hides and they promptly looked into it, resolved the issue and my wallet was delivered. Understandable considering the pandemic. Very happy with the quality of the leather, design, colour. I'm using it and abusing it, and it's holding up really well. Great product.

I bought a wallet from HIdes Canada for my girlfriend as a gift. I put the order in a bit late, but after calling in, they pushed my wallet through custom engraving and shipped it so it arrived before the weekend. Great customer service, free custom engraving and, of course high quality leather products with a lifetime guarantee. I would recommend Hides Canada for all of your leather purchases.

This store has awful customer service. The web site indicates 60 day return policy, the store says they only offer one week which they don’t tell you when you’re buying from them and it’s not on the receipt. Even worse is they don’t tell you that anything on sale is non-refundable. Do not buy from these people. They do not stand behind the web site and they do not tell you the full story when you’re buying.
