Very poor customer service. I had requested a quote last month for four hours on the Heritage Coast Charters yacht for my fiance's birthday. Captain Ken never gave me a direct quote but only hinted that him and his crew watch their customers alcohol intake throughout their voyage as Captain Ken said he knows how people get when they book four hours on his yacht. Having already assumed that my fiance was going to be drinking the whole time, Captain Ken continued to not provide me with a direct quote for four hours and then quickly begun ignoring my emails. My fiance and I are not drinkers. I truly wanted to provide her with a tour of Lake Ontario for her birthday but sadly Captain Ken had preconceived bias's of people which hindered me from being able to give my fiance a great day on the water.

We had an amazing bachelorette cruise with 11 ladies on Captain Ken and his wife’s boat! They are the loveliest people and let us have alllllll of the fun! Blast your music, drink your champagne, take all of the Instagram pics. We had so much fun we can’t wait to do it again. We only wish we’d booked a 4 hour tour because the two hour flew by too quick we were having so much fun. They were also so nice to give both the bride and me as the organizer little gifts! It was the best! Thanks guys!
Took a group of 10 for a sunset cruise with Ken and Jette, and would absolutely recommend to anyone else! It even rained a bit while we were on the water, and they still made it an unforgettable time.
Chartered this boat for a friends birthday. Was so easy and Ken was very accommodating. Went out for 2 hours. You can bring your own food and booze. Was such an amazing experience. Will for sure charter with Ken and his wife again! If you’re looking for a charter in Toronto, this is the absolute best option! They are also properly registered to offer charters which many other options are not. Highly recommend!
