I had a very enjoyable experience buying a camera and accessories today. Great sales person who knew how to make things work for me. He was able to deliver what U was looking for at the price I was willing to pay. I will start to enjoy my D7500 in the coming weeks.

I went in to get my photos printed. End up buying a new camera. I received excellent customer service from Jessica! If it was not for her patience and easy going attitude, I would not have bought the camera.
We went to the Nepean Henry’s store with very limited photographic knowledge. We met Maurice and he took the time to go through all the features of a Sony camera we were looking into. He was patient and very knowledgeable. When the camera arrived two weeks later, we were pleased to have Maurice there to answer all our questions. You can tell he is very passionate about his profession. Thank you Maurice.
Maurice was super helpful in guiding us on current camera's, what would work best for our needs, and what to work towards for future camera equipment. We are really excited to attend their *free* workshops as well. Thanks so much for your help Maurice!

Great experience today at Henry’s. Went in not knowing exactly what I was looking for as a novice photographer. I was greeted by Maurice who asked me a few questions and then took me through some options that would work for me. Walked out feeling I had the best camera for me. Highly recommend Henry’s and Maurice.
Incredible staff. Rickard, or Richard, I couldn’t tell from the name tag angle. Phenomenal service. He gave me some advice regarding a camera model I had purchased from Costco. I was so satisfied that I ended up purchasing a carbon fibre tripod. Can’t wait to use it on the moon!
