Every experience I have here is pleasant, the employees are prompt, attentive, and kind. The giant cookies are my favorite! The reason I am giving a 3 star is because of the quality of the smoothies. I ordered the green smoothie (I can remember the name) and it came out like a juice. I double checked and asked that it was in fact a smoothie and the employee said yes. If you like your smoothies like a watered down juice, then maybe you’ll dig this. In my opinion, a smoothie is thick and could be like a meal on it’s own. I ended up bringing this “smoothie” home and using it as my liquid base to an actual smoothie that I made instead. Get the cookie, leave the smoothies.

I'm a big fan of green smoothies so naturally I opted for the All Greens juice. It was so refreshing! We also ordered some pastries which were quite good. The staff are nice and patient. Check out my Instagram (IG: kelledstyle) for more pictures :-)
I usually love Heirloom - however, the past two times I’ve ordered take out from the juice bar I’ve been incredibly disappointed with their salads. Both the heirloom salad & kale salad were extremely small portions - the heirloom barely covered the bottom of the box (especially for what they cost). And in the heirloom there were neither radishes nor mint which is why I order this dish. Their was very little kale (literally 3 leaves of kale) in the kale salad with romaine lettuce as a replacement. If you don’t have the ingredients then take it off the menu until you do. I feel ripped off as these salad are not cheap. I don’t mind spending the money for organic healthy food but not when the ingredients aren’t included for what’s being advertised and the amount is so little - it isn’t worth paying for. I will think twice ordering take out from heirloom after this happening two times already.
This place is great for a quick bite. I especially like the vegan kale Caesar salad. It has fried caper, beet chips and gluten free croutons. It’s delicious and a nice large portion, I definitely recommend it.
Love the Monkey Nutz and Shwarma wrap, sooo good! Service is always nice, Diana is great! :)
