Sold me a new damaged in shipping jet ski July 17, 2018. Joel claimed to not know about the damage, but the trailer bunk positions raise some suspicion. The bunks on the new trailer are perfectly misaligned to hide the gouges in the gel coat. I just thought some kid assembled this trailer in a rush that didn't care when I noticed at the dealer. I'd fix the bunk alignment when I got home. Joel made sure he strapped down that side with the worst gouges when we tied it down. Ended up getting another undamaged jet ski Sept 22 and was promised 75, gas money to fill the ski and he never paid. It was quite the run around. Lost many weeks out of the short summer because of this deal. Very disappointed, wouldn't have bothered posting if he had just paid the 75 gas money that he promised.

We were up riding in Hearst area when my son started to have some issues with his 9000 arctic cat turbo. Had a bit of issues, but it was all resolved, with great service from the staff. They went out of their way to resolve those issues. Also had great deals on winter coats. Joël knows his stuff, while Marc-André greets you at the door with a smile to serve you.
I’m from Arnprior, Ontario just west of Ottawa. I have been trailering up to northern Ontario snowmobiling for the past 7 years. This year we unloaded in Timmins and snowmobiled to Hearst. On the way my 2015 ZR 9000 gears were getting stuck in neutral. It happened 3 times in 200 miles. I made it to Hearst at the Companion Hotel and the next morning I called Lebel Chainsaw at 8am when they opened. I told them my problems. They said bring it right away and they would look at it. I arrived just after 9am. They took my sled in right away. Determined it was my top chain case gear that needed to be replaced. They didn’t have any in stock. Contacted people around and found one. They fixed it right away and saved my trip. Everyone went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. If anyone is looking to buy a Arctic Cat snowmobile or needs any maintenance, I highly recommend Lebel Chainsaw. They go above and beyond to help people.

I bought a snowblower for my hubby Francis for Christmas. I had wonderful service with all the Lebel staff. They even keep it in storage until it was time to give it to Francis.
