Healthy Mama is one of my favourite spots in the city. Not only is the environment very welcoming, and bright but the food is nutritious and tasty. I love enjoying a meal here with my friends or alone. I always feel refreshed and energized after visiting this restaurant.

Heard amazing things about this place and decided to stop in and try it last week. What an incredible meal, I had the southwest burger and my boyfriend had the taco special of the day. Just wow both were some of the best food I’ve ever eaten at any restaurant! New favourite place!
I used to be vegan and this restaurant reminded me of why I should do it again. Loved loved loved the food, and felt so good afterwards to boot!
We were greeted with a warm welcome in this very clean space. The breakfast sandwich had a lot of flavour and satisfying. The Americano could be stronger but all in all, a great place that has expanded its menu since our last visit a year ago. We're excited to see what comes next as they grow with experience.
Excellent quality and delicious gluten free and vegan food. Lots of variety, and a great staff. Prices are reasonable!
