Two amazing coaches! My little baby shark loves to go and wouldn't forgive me for missing a class! Coaches are patient and extremely friendly. Walking into Flowater was a love at first sight experience for me and my son! Highly recommend it!
My 3 year old son absolutely loves the Baby Shark class. Coach Steve and Coach Ashley manage to make each child feel special despite the large group. They are very kind and patient with the little ones. I would definitely recommend!

This is an awesome dojo to get into shape or maintain your health. The coaches are experienced, empathetic, generous people who work hard to motivate their members. The are especially amazing with the baby sharks and the older kids.
I have recently joined Flowater Martial Arts and being the new person is always a daunting thing to overcome but the way Steve and Ashley treat people makes that feeling disappear very quickly. This is one of the friendliest and clean places I have been to. If you are thinking about giving it a try to get in shape, learn how to defend yourself or even just get out of the house, I highly recommend it!
