I want to express my gratitude to Reid's towing for yet another job done very well, on time and with an awesome driver. I only know him as John but I can tell you that he is far and away the best tow truck driver I have ever dealt with. He went far beyond the call of duty to keep me from becoming more upset than I was. He displayed a professional approach to the situation and was able to have us back on the road in record time. In closing, I will be recommending this company to all that ask me. A good man that John fellow. Thanks buddy, you are THE BESG!!

John came to extract our vehicle from the bushes (lol) and did a wonderful job. Nicest guy, tried hard to not damage the truck (and was successful), and was super fast!! Highly recommend
Called Reid’s after car got stuck in snow drift in driveway. They showed up in 30 mins and were friendly and helpful. Gave me a jump start and waited to make sure i was able to drive before leaving. Would recommend them to anyone in Sydhenham/Inverary/Battersea
Vehicle Tow / Highly Recommend....Our \Not a good day\ took a real turn for the better because of Reid's Towing...... John&Cathy provided excellent service, great response time...with the right equipment. Very good communication throughout the process, and a follow up call the next day...This company didn't seem to want to just tow yer vehicle........they genuinely want to try an Help.
I had an accident with my boat trailer and had to have it towed by Reids via CAA. It took a bit for them to get there - primarily because CAA didn't get the information correct. However, the wait was well worth it as John demonstrated the most competent and skillful work I've ever seen by a tow truck driver. Additionally, he took extra special care to make sure my boat wasn't damaged. This was a difficult set of manoeuvers as the boat had slipped off the trailer guides during the accident. John's expertise and concern for the customer shone through better than I've ever seen it in similar situations with many other tow drivers I've interacted with in my almost 50 years of driving. If all the employees are of this caliber, then anyone needing a tow can't get better than Reids.
