I would not hire this company for any basement window installations as I did In August 2017, Mike Wick was completing work on a basement reno for my neighbour after a large flood....I asked him if he could install 2 egress windows in my basement as a safety precation...my 18 yr old daughter has a bedroom downstairs and needed a way out in case of FIRE. He cut the holes thru the concrete for the windows ( also not in the spots I had wanted) He also only left a span of 14\ for my child to escape!!!!!!!! Requirements are 29\ I've been informed. I purchased the 2 windows at Mike's urging. Unfortunately he dug the ground for the windows at the same depth as window and now when ever it rains....my basement floods...I now have mold and we have to put a sump pump in the wells to evacuate the water every rain fall. I have contacted Mike many times, 1st he sent a landscaper to level out the dirt he had moved to piles in front of the windows....nothing, contacted again...Mike did not respond but just happened to stop by our home at 9 am on a week day..my husband happened to be home pumping water, Mike took a look, said and I quote...\I'll be back in the spring to repair\ nothing....and I texted again....no response since May. So now I have hired another company to the tune of 2000.00 to repair this mess!!!!!!!!!! I am so stressed by this and believe Wick Contracting by there own words should \warranty their work

Spoke with David about getting a quote. He said that he was just finishing up the quote two weeks later and we never heard from him again. Extremely unprofessional.
