Hadn't been to Gray's Auction for about a year but decided to go yesterday, managed to get in and shop around. Out of the blue there was yelling at a customer for taking too much time shopping, (30 minute limit) , I have never witnessed anything like it, the customer was being chastised like a child, I heard this will not happen again being yelled at the customer! This is unacceptable, despicable behavior, no person should have to go through that while doing Christmas shopping or any other time. Customers were upset, heard words that I won't repeat. I left at that time, noticed a staff member coming up to my cart (breaking the six foot rule they are trying to enforce) There are no children allowed but the customers are treated like children. I won't be back.

First of all. These people will tell you to leave children in freezing cars because they think their covid policy surpasses that of public health. They will scream at you, try and degrade you for daring to bring a 6 month old child in and let’s be honest: EVERYTHING in there is damaged or open box Costco stuff at the same price. There are no deals. Steer clear of this place. They run it like an SS training camp. Sickos

This terrible incident happened during the end of August 2020 2 families from Mississauga went to this place for the first time. We reached outside the barn at 10.00 AM. We saw around 250 people outside. Everyone was advised to get token. We got token in C series while those with Token A was allowed to go in. We waiting out until 11.40 AM. We never knew that kids are not allowed inside. So we were forced to keep grandfather in our van taking care of kids. One of our members picked the items, kept it in trolley and asked permission from the guy (who was allowing the people to come inside ) to exchange one person for the grandfather who is sitting in van to come inside instead of one person going out. We finished this process and reached the counter. Another line up of more than 20 mins. Here starts the real drama… A lady who introduced herself as the manager told us that we spend more time inside the store. Because of this we were not allowed to pay anything. A full cart of items selected by 4 adults were taken away. We explained the situation to her. She was not convinced. She was so rude and also commented that \you guys will go to Mississauga and send others too and they will also do the same thing in my store\ How can she say something like this? What is making her discriminate the people of Mississauga from her town? Is she not part of Canada? Such a big shame that she is living in a First world country. This experience is too terrible to bear and too painful to explain using words. We will never be going to that side….. I sincerely pray that no one will be having this experience in future.

Let the buyer beware! Yes, a lot of what the negative reviews say are true. However, if you are going there looking for best friends or drinking buddies. Then forget it! There are some deals to be had. Yes, you should know your pricing. Yes, there are scratch and dents. And yes, there are open food product. Check the items over. Testing if they are electric. But in today's age? Pull out your smart phone And check the prices online. After all we are going here looking for deals! So if something is to open. Too damaged! Priced normal retail or above, Then leave it. It won't sell. And they will have to get rid of it. Go in with your eyes wide open. And be knowledgeable! As for the staff including the owners. I personally have never had a problem with them! Anyone who has Maybe it's your approach.
