Wonderful team! As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by smiles and helpful people. Even the owner was nice enough to spend some time with me on a project that interests him as well. Now every time I visit Hanover, I make sure I stop in. Thank you for all your help!

Every time my husband and I have ordered products from this store the orders have been messed up and not what we wanted we will no longer be spending our money at this location. When you order a product from a store to be delivered, if the deliveries cannot be taken into the customers home they should be notified of this prior to the sale of the products.

'Your local store may refuse a return for items purchased at another RONA Inc. banner that it does not carry in its regular product selection.', from Rona's website. Bought a thermostat from another store and the above is the policy of small town Hanover Rona. Was going to return it there and then put the money towards sheets of insulation to take advantage of rebates on buying a new furnace. The above policy is on the Rona website,under an asterisk (read small print). My fault for not going to Rona's website and read the small print about small town stores. My thought was 'small town mentality' but they could have taken in the thermostat and got a higher return on the insulation, and return the thermostat to head office. Being I like a full service store, I will be going to 'the city' for my construction purchases, in the future, but not at Rona. The extra time and expense will be worth it. A side effect of this, is that other businesses that get our business, when we are in Hanover, will also be the losers. With Rona's return policy, I will not shop Rona, in the city, once the article has been returned. There are other stores that will match Rona's prices and have a better return policy. I will also be unsubscribing from their emails, special offers and such.
