I had purchased my Jeep from Hanover Chrysler and also had some brake service including an engine shampoo and they seemed to do a fair job. I brought my wife’s car in to have her engine shampooed and when I got it home, I notices the battery cover was broken. I explained to the service girl the car is in mint condition and the battery cover wasn’t broken when I brought the car in or they would of seen it. The following day I called the service manager and she asked me to bring it in. She wanted me to wait and see if she could get a used one, but never heard back. I ended up going to Orangeville and buying a new one myself for 80. I will find another dealership to deal with, just can’t believe they know nothing about customer service. Stay away Bill

They picked up the phone right away and dealt with us professionally. Also they moved ahead our schedule so we could get in and out faster as we took two vehicles there for service. They spoke with us on the phone as soon as they had diagnosed the issue to let us know a time frame and what to expect for costs. Seems reasonable and they communicated well.
