These guys do auctions like none of their competitors. They check their stuff and try really hard to make sure it's in good shape. If it isn't they are up front in their postings. If you are looking for good auction finds, the Bailey's are your go to.

To anyone giving poor reviews, or just looking. I have been dealing with Bailey Auctions for well over a decade, long before they ever started doing online only auctions. I have had the odd bill mix-up, and I've had a few electronic items DOA, and had to play phone tag the odd time if I had to make special arrangements for pick up of items. One thing I have NEVER had is a problem in coming to a speedy and mutual resolution to any issue I may have had, and I believe, always in my favour. I am well aware of what I am buying, and know for the most part, it may be used, damaged, open or damaged packaging or missing pieces. If I wanted to buy pristine, brand new, I would buy direct, not from a returned merchandise auction. THAT IS WHY ITEMS ARE PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR! If you are able to accept the fact there may be small to large issues, there is no better auction house than Bailey's, and I shop quite a few. Go in with the right mind set, set your spending limit ahead of time, do your research. If you are unsure, go view the item, if you are still unsure, don't bid. Don't slam a business because you didn't do your due diligence or set your expectations too high, that is on you, not them.
My relationship with the two Bailey men started off great. Then one day I overheard an argument with the younger Bailey and a customer- the product she bought isn’t what he gave her- so he said “Oh dear, I mistakenly gave that one to another customer”and I thought OMG, he’s said that Same thing to Me when I’ve received incorrect items. Anyways, long story short, I was sick of bringing home Damaged items so while checking out the current items I’d purchased- I found Many damages. This is when the Senior Bailey told me to bring everything back into the warehouse- if you return One- you return them ALL...and then told me to Take your Retail shopping Somewhere else!! They are liars and sell junk!
Be very careful what you buy, we have had good and bad luck here. Bought a wardrobe cabinet to put together only to find it was missing hardware. Bought couch and chair, it was great. Bought watercooler only for it to die 2 months later. So buyer beware.
