There is no doubt you guys are better in service. I forgot that lady name who served us for a good price mattress and people who came to deliver, they wore shoe mask, which is appreciated. while I am using your mattress, its too early to say about the product, so far so good. as the days goes by hoping mattress is good.

As soon as we walked in the sales lady turned us off from buying a mattress there. First off, she did not give us a chance to tell her what we were looking for before she started her infomercial ranting her mouth off about all of the foam, spring etc, mattresses. Of course she showed us the 3000 to 4000 mattresses first so she could make a commission. We only wanted to look at the Sealy posturepedic mattresses and compare prices with the competition. Well, we got so tired of her not listening to us, we walked out and bought a mattress somewhere else much cheaper and less stressful than Sleep Country. We will never recommend them to anyone!
Staff was extremely helpful, store was properly sanitized, I was in and out within half an hour knowing which mattress I wanted and ready to pick it up the next day.
Excellent Experience - we went to numerous mattress stores and the lady who helped us was by far the most helpful, knowledgeable and honest salesperson we dealt with. The mattress was delivered today and the delivery people were very professional and quick. All around a great experience.--
Great service! Aylin was very helpful and friendly, I ended up finding the perfect mattress, at a excellent price. Location is very easy to find. I highly recommend this location.
The lady who works there was kind, but not really knowledgeable. Had a problem with computer, spent 3 hours for nothing. Also got a double price then the other location, which was really surprising that the same bed and mattress, but the cost is double. I would highly recommend to visit sleep country at Queenston and centennial location (Got excellent service and great recommendations there, and the better price for some reason)
They don't deserve any rating They are bad in Delivery they make us wait no information no time to answer the phone just bad and dumped the bed in the room I would not Buy anything from them.
Went in to inquire about purchasing a memory foam mattress , as soon as I walked in a gentleman approached me and started helping me which was fine. The issue is half way through the conversation he all of a sudden passes me off to Sue, no explanation no reason just here’s Sue and she will look after you? I guess he thought I wasn’t worth his time. Well went to Ashley’s furniture got great service and bought a new bed. Sleep country won’t get my money or time again
