Super facility with amazing horses and staff. I have watched the riding school go through such an incredible process of growth and way of teaching that I am proud to say I send many new riders there. You get a super foundation with the Instructors using the EC Rider Levels as their guide to ensure that all basics are covered in the proper order and skill level attained before moving on to the next level. The horses are exceptionally well cared for and the staff / Instructors are wonderful :D. The main barn is amazing. I never worry about my horses and know they are always well taken care of and loved. Walking down the aisle they will give them a scratch and love them up. I am always aware if either come in from a day of playing in the field with new marks (geldings play very hard) or if I need to add or change a feed program with either one. It is a safe and super friendly environment which we all try to provide each other since it is our safe place to be stress free. The front barn is private with some lease horses for those who move up from the riding school in the back barn. We are a big family and that is not always able to be said about horse farms. I have been here on and off over the last 22 years and have loved it each time. The only reason I wasn't there the whole time is physical moves around the country. I have always found my way home!

MJM Equestrian Centre has great staff & an amazing facility. Their barn staff take exceptional care of the horses. The riding school, MJM Riding School has a professional program with passionate instructors & awesome horses. I have been a customer of this facility for years and have nothing but positive things to say. I couldn't be happier here.

Not one to change barns frequently, I nervously decided to move to MJM Equestrian just over a year ago. Moving there was the best decision I could have made. The care is spectacular – absolutely nothing goes unnoticed. From the sound of footfalls during turn-out/turn-in, to caring for the smallest of cuts on the rare occasion they occur. Absolutely EVERYONE will step up to help if and when necessary. The atmosphere is one of love for all horses, and support for each other. It doesn’t matter what your discipline or if you show or not. As long as you love on your horse, you are accepted. The Manager - Joel - will ask regularly what I think of my horse's weight, and will make suggestions if he thinks something else may be better, given the amount of work the horse is currently in; yes... he pays attention to frequently and intensity of the rides. Hay (square bales only!) and water is provided 4x daily, and individualized grain 2x. The amounts vary depending on the horse's needs. Stalls are mucked out daily, and deeply bedded, on top of the stall mats. During the COVID lockdown, Joel would even call me to let me know that Tex was fine, and to check in as to how I was doing. Joel and his entire staff have gone leagues out of their way during this crisis. MJM also offers 2 large indoor arenas so there is always somewhere to ride. Both arenas offer mirrors to check on your equitation and horse's movement, and one even has brand new footing! There is also plenty of outdoor space for hacks -- easily accessible from the arenas. THANK YOU to my coach, Sarah Daisy Kosa, to Joel Martin and to the staff and fellow boarders at MJM Equestrian. You are family, and have truly made this place a home.
