They answered a challenging UX research brief, with a highly collaborative and creative approach for the discovery phase of what turned out to be a new market opportunity area for the business. By setting up a remote insights studio in the US and iteratively feeding fresh insights to the UK design team, we were able to prioritise our product decisions better, accelerating our design process, and get further, faster.
