This is my go-to place for pedicures but recently I was having a bit of a technical issue purchasing a gift card so I emailed them. Nicholas was great to deal with and provided excellent service. And the gift card was packaged so nicely! It was very impressive.

Massages and Facials are great. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Although steam room is closed during covid.
We went to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We purchased the Unite Package which consisted of a massage, a facial, and 30 minutes private time in the soaking tub. The massage and facial were great, but the tub jets would not turn on. After waiting and dripping in the hallway for 20 minutes they finally turned it on but by that point we were no longer relaxed and just wanted to leave. We expressed our disappointment but they said they couldn't remove the soaking tub from the bill but instead, if we ever return and purchase the massage and facial, they will give us the soaking tub for free. We don't find this acceptable. Could you imagine going to a restaurant, ordering an app entree dessert, finding a hair in your dessert, and they tell you you still need to pay for the dessert, but if you come back and pay for another app entree, they'll give you a dessert for free. Nobody would accept that! Well in the end they did get our money, but in exchange we will give them a bad review and will describe our experience to anyone who asks how we celebrated our first wedding anniversary.
Just an amazing spa! It was my first experience at the spa and I had just the best time. I'd love to go back and check out the steam room once COVID-19 ends.
