Zoran Designs provided me with one of the best customer service experiences that I've ever received. I was a bit nervous about purchasing a piece of jewelry online without the benefit of seeing or touching the piece in person. I was also worried that because I didn't order the piece until less than two weeks from Christmas that it might not arrive in time for the holiday. However, I received the piece in just a few days and it exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. In addition, they also included in the package a nice gift box and tissue paper along with a very nice hand written note. Most importantly my wife was extremely happy with the cross when she opened it on Christmas Day. A really outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and will certainly consider using them again should I be in the market for additional jewelry.
