Outstanding program! My two sons are involved in the Krav Maga teen classes. The teachers are knowledgeable, professional and create a welcoming environment. I highly recommend this club.
Never have I been in a learning institution with such ignorant classmates and teachers in the Teen Krav Maga classes. My experience in Woods Premier was abusive and humiliating. The teachers discouraged me to respect and believe in myself, and seems to encourage the remaining of the students to do the same to me as well. I have been there for almost two years and have experienced the same routine from them in every class. I do not recommend the Krav Maga classes from this institution.
The owner/instructors were great with me right from when I joined until the moment I had to cancel my policy early due to a combination of spending most of the week away from Hamilton and having to work regular evenings. The instructors are excellent and make the experience fun but challenging as well. They encourage you to push yourself, but never push you beyond your limits. The facilities are clean and well maintained and the equipment is high quality. Beginner friendly. It is quite expensive, but I would say that this is due to the quality of service.
The customer service is appalling. First of all, I messaged management. Then Ms Wood transferred me to finance. And apparently finance is stating they sent me an e-mail and honestly I received nothing. I've waited for hours for any responses from both management and finance. And still am waiting. To hear if I will be refunded for the unauthorized payment that was taken out of my account. Apparently I need to give a 30 days notice to cancel my account even though the person in finance stated my son's account was closed. I wasn't aware I had to give that 30 days notice. The contract was not given in full detail by any of the staff. For a business to operate like this in times like this with a pandemic is highly unprofessional and absolutely disgusting.
