Fantastic place - Dan and staff are friendly and tell you how it is - no BS. He could have just accepted my design as is but he gave me very good advice on how to improve it. He's not just out for money - he produces great quality pieces (including my custom ring pictured).
Highly recommend for good quality work. Dan is an artist! I had a ring custom made from two others and he did exactly what I wanted! We have been back for resizing and other jewelry repairs and I was treated with kindness every time.
I had a TERRIBLE experience here. I got a memorial done for my mother in law who had passed the following year. I got her picture done on a gold pendant, and it came back with marks on it and she was missing an ear. I was so disappointed I had let Dan know, and he blamed me saying it was my fault. He refused to work with me and he stopped answering my emails and calls, I had to contact BBB (better business bureau) and put a case on this business just for him to answer me. He still refused to work with me, as I was not satisfied paying full price for a mistake done on something important. He's not an honest business man, and money comes first before customer satisfaction.
Outstanding customer service and great designers! They are focusing on custom made jewellery and I got exactly what I wanted! Very professional and individual approach towards the customer.
