Vitto showed above excellent customer service. I rented a trailer and he loaded it onto the vehicle himself for me. When the wiring for the lights was bad he play new wiring harness on for me right in the parking lot. I can't thank him enough I will be back for all my rental needs

I only needed a pick up for a couple of hours. Ended costing me over 50 and I brought it back 1.5 hrs before the time was up. The truck itself, the bed was filthy. Looked as though someone previous had used it for gravel. I guess they don't care the state of them when they are rented, I had to clean it out before I used it.

Filthy pick up truck. The price was great, and they had a truck on short notice. But it was so filthy you couldn’t see out of the windshield when the sun hit it.

I was getting a hitch attached to my vehicle not only did they not complete by end of day which they quoted it would be done by but they also did not call me to inform me that my car would be staying overnight. They also did not call me when it was complete I had to call them in the afternoon asking if it was finished and they told me it was completed in the morning. Manager/person in charge said when I asked why I was not called his excuse was he wasn't there and that the person forgot to call me but had Nothing to say when I asked why did you not call me this morning. Overall it was a horrible experience from not having an accurate quote(it was almost 100.00 more than what they quoted online) to the service was horrible.
