Serves it's purpose, however staff were young and not professional. Masks were not worn by employees and overall cleanliness of the storefront could be improved. There is also a SUV in the parking lot with all 4 tires slashed which I was told had been there for months. No issues with the rental, but the appearance and service need improvement.

Great staff but had to wait forever just to pick up my truck should have a line dedicated to just picking up equipment and trucks.

Standing in the front of the store for 8 minutes now. No one is coming to help us while the “dudes” in the adjacent storage area are laughing, bumping their music and swearing up a storm. Glad they are having fun cuz myself, and the four people waiting in line, are not. Lol They do offer great deals on boxes. You can return any unused (if someone is actually there to help you) without any issues.
