Our first hot tub (980 Kingston) was installed approximately 8 weeks ago. Very unusual for us, we purchased this without going into the store, seeing/experiencing the hot tub in person or even meeting any of the Sundance team in person. Completely virtual experience (for obvious reasons). Pre-purchase - the Sundance team (Brian and Robert) were excellent in providing us with information, answering questions....multiple questions. Their patience and transparency was greatly appreciated by us hot tub rookies. Purchase - spectacular! I have never experienced this before, I received a call back from Robert 20 minutes after I agreed to purchase the hot tub with a future promo code. We took advantage of this and it saved us. Post-purchase - phenomenal!!! The best customer service that we have ever experienced. After delivery, Robert answered some questions, he came to our house to do a 45 min - 1 hr demo/walkthrough of features (he did this on his day off!). Robert has been super responsive to questions we have had, he provided us with his cell number to text him anytime with questions. We have tested this and he is genuine. The service team has been out (small fix of something on the cover that was factory related) and equally impressive and patient. There are no pointing fingers to the factory, they came out, no questions asked and fixed it. The service representative was patient and walked us through some things to be aware of, tested the water with us to give us advice on how to maintain it. That was completely outside the service call but so appreciated! We had read some of the google reviews before our purchase and we were impressed with the ratings and comments. It was comforting knowing there were great reviews when we were entering into this unknown and significant purchase virtually. We can honestly say, THE BEST customer service experience we have ever had. Thanks Robert and Brian

Had a great experience purchasing a hot tub at The Sundance Spa And Sauna Store in Hamilton. We had shopped around to 6 different places and found the knowledge, selection, and value to be the best at Sundance. Our Salesperson (Brad) made the sale easy and kept in communication between the order date and the delivery date. He made 2 trips out to our house to ensure everything was as it should be and to show us how to use it. The delivery, electrical and after sale service has been amazing. I would recommend everyone in the market for a hot tub go see Brad as our experience has been perfect.
We purchased our Sundance Edison hot tub from the Hamilton store last fall and we have been enjoying our tub at least 5 days a week ever since. We looked at many different other tubs before we decided to purchase from Sundance and we don't regret our decision. The sales transaction and delivery of the tub were as promised. We did have a cracked corner piece which was promptly taken care of and replaced. Thank you Sundance
Very unprofessional. Screaming at delivery people making huge scene in front of everyone outside the store. Your response is completely false. The "owner" was screaming his head off calling the girl a liar and all sorts of things while she sat in the vehicle crying. If that is how a grown man severs ties with a business I can assure you myself nor anyone else I know would ever be interested in doing business with such a human. What I witnessed was scary and I was terrified that he was going to get violent. He has no business owning and working in customer service when that is how he handles people I wish I had have recorded the incident. I will be sharing your response as well as what I witnessed with everyone I come into contact with.

The experience was great from start to finish. Despite COVID our tub arrived on time, was set up timely and we received a lot of support as 1st time owners. This included an at home visit. We highly recommend Sundance Spas - Great quality & service and we are loving the product!
