As a demolition company, it can be easy to disconnect telephone lines during our work when they are behind walls, in duct work or in poor condition. It is not an easy conversation to advise a client that the telephone line has been disconnected. We were referred to Tell-A-Phone Guy and they attended as soon as possible, repaired the issue immediately and solved an uncomfortable problem for us. I would recommend Tell a Phone Guy to any friends and family and was very pleased with their services. They came to our offices the morning after I called them, and had our phones fixed very quickly. The technician was very friendly, and also taught me a lot about the phone system. I am very happy and will call them again in the future about any phone issues I am having.
Great people, great service, solved all my issues
We as a family run business have dealt with Tell a phone guy for years . Had an issue last night phone and internet went down in our peak season. Call rogers they told me priority time to repair was 3 working days not including Saturday which we are open so no service for over 4 business days !!! Called these guys and we were up and running in 3 hrs . THANK YOU . This is why we deal with family business they get it ! THANK YOU for all your help and the as usual amazing service . Is every one perfect nope but these guys are as close as your going to get it !!! Thank you again guys !!! Truly appreciate it
