First time here. Booked online using the app. Every thing was noted and looked after. Notifications were useful and informative. Cool that you can pay online. Staff were all friendly and inviting. Probably one of the most seamless experiences Ive had at a dealership shop in 20 years... And this is during a pandemic. Keep up the great work.
We dealt with Amanda for the purchase of our 2017 Honda Pilot and she was amazing, the customer service we received from everyone during the sale process from start to finish smooth and flawless. We were never left with an uneasy feeling or like we were being forced into the purchase. We will definitely return to Sterling next time we need a new vehicle!
