Perfect place for sports gear, bought tennis rackets, Head and Wilson, they have enough variety to select from. Bought some other sport equipments as well. Staff was humble and helpful. Got some good deals as well.

Very poor customer service, one of the associate told me to keep the shoes at its place after trying. And you cannot keep more than 5 shoes for trying, keep them in its place and then try again. I mean isn't this your responsibility to keep the shoes when i try as there was not a single customer apart from myself in the store during that hour. Try online or elsewhere where they care for the customers and treat them the way they should be treated. The associates name was MARK. Never comming back to the store again

I have been to sport chek before and walked out many times because I couldn’t find anyone to help me. This location/this time was different. All thanks to Vicky, one of the best retail assistants I have met. She went above and beyond to help me find my size and make a decision about the better fit. Vicky thank you again for your help, you are the reason I will be able to make my ski trip this weekend !

Worst customer service for such popular company! The checkout staff (young ladies) never smile at customers and I always wonder how did they get hired. I feel bad for the owner because those staff are doing nothing but causing the customers to walk away. This also just happened yesterday. Me and my friend came there to pick up a pair of shoes, the price was 89.95. When we went to checkout, the price came out to be 119 before tax, so we both surprised and said the price tag showed 89. The checkout staff acted like as if we were making that up. She asked another staff (who was training a new staff) to go check, and that staff came back saying “it’s the original price, 119”. My friend had to go back there and take a picture of the price tag to show them, but they still looked at each other and at us like we were lying. The girl who went to check she didn’t even look at us but kept saying to other staff that the price she saw was 119, and insisted on arguing that she was correct. After that they called the manager or one other guy to go check again and of course we were correct. So that girl finally she had to drop the price, but we received no apology, no nothing, not even a smile. I really wanted to punch all of them in the face for their bad customer service. Hopefully the company notice my review as well as other reviews and let the staff receive what they deserve.
