So yeah it was my first time i went to that place for flat iron.The customer service was worst ever i dealt with in my whole life.No doubt the lady there did her best in dealing with my hairs. But when i was about to pay frankly speaking i didnot gave her the tip.She checked and found how much i paid and said u didnot give me the tip.She started yelling at me that we are working here at minimum wage. According to her it is must to give them tips even though their cx service is zero.

My mom has come here before with no problems. But the last 3 times she’s been very disappointed and upset after. The lady was nice but very unprofessional, my mom wanted her bangs cut straight, a little off the sides and top, stating that she didn’t want the back done. Well needless to say she’s very upset, the front is absolutely nothing like what my mom asked for, having a big long point of hair in the middle, and the back, that she didn’t want done, got done and it’s completely uneven. The lady didn’t even show my mom after. I have put pictures to show. She will not be coming back.
Had my hair done a few weeks ago. My hair is uneven, the back is real bad. The both sides in the back are shorter than the other. The middle is even shorter! It's like, wth....The sides are both uneven. Will never go back. They should get the other girls back. Not the friendliest girl either.
Amazing service and convenient location. Sy is my stylist and she does an amazing job always. She has great customer service and always has time for me. I will continue to always go back for her and I recommend every one to as well. She can even retwist dreadlocks! It’s fantastic 5/5.
To Jarvis Price. I'm sorry you feel this way. If you have complications/decide you do not like something about your service, you are able to come back within 7 days for us to fix it free of charge as long as you bring your reciept. If you don't have a reciept we can always look you up in our system - and seeing as we have looked up your name and did not find you in our system, you may have the wrong store/location.
