I went to purchase some boxstring protectors, the female assistant I had at the Upper Wentworth location was completely understanding and helpful. Immediately knew what I was looking for, and had informed that the cover photo had changed from product I needed. She greatly assisted with making sure I had everything I needed, did not push any other sales onto me. Informed about the warranty and coverage, and how everything works. Greatly appreciated

I highly recommend this store location and Sean, who was my salesman. He really knows his stuff. I walked in and said this is what I need and this is what my husband won’t want so he brought me straight to a selection of four mattresses to test out using the protective sheets for both the pillow and the bed for COVID protocol. It was so easy and not overwhelming. Last time I purchased a bed, I spent three weeks searching stores and trying out mattresses on my own without any guidance of an expert in the inventory and feel of each type of mattress. I will not purchase a bed anywhere else going forward. This took me about an hour of my time and I’m having the mattress delivered this Friday. They will remove the old mattress and deliver the new one for free. They have a 100 day warranty on all mattresses and you can exchange if you are unhappy with the mattress and they will replace it with another one of your choosing.
Very nice experience dealing with Sleep Country. We were called day before to check in & there was a bit of a mix up with removal. They called company & called back to say all was good. Efficient delivery next day. Very happy with purchase!!
We purchased a Simba mattress from Sleep Country which we loved. That's not the problem. Our mattress was delayed 4 times leaving us over a month paying for a mattress we didn't even have. They offered us duvets, pillows, etc, which we took advantage of to make up for the constant delays. We confirmed with them every delay that the accessories would be delivered with the mattress and we were told yes don't worry, pillow, duvet, duvet cover will all be there I have looked after it personally, blah blah, all the other generic customer service phrases. Well delivery day, nothing on the form. No pillows, no sheets, nothing. The delivery drivers said they hadn't even been told that nor was it on their invoice. I am only giving 2 stars because of the mattress itself. We had to arrange work and our house for mattress delivery every time and were left 4 times putting it all back. I will never shop at sleep country again.
As for the past 20 years, our recent shopping experience was excellent. As always, the staff were professional and answered all the questions we had. At no time, did we ever feel rushed to make a decision; all available options were shown to us before we were provided the privacy to make our decision. We would recommend this location to anyone considering such a purchase.

Sean was phenomenal, very helpful and spent time showing all the options he had. Got an excellent deal, paid 200 dollars for two awesome memory foam pillows with cooling and am having the best sleep I have had in a while. I would never shop for a pillow anywhere else.
