This was the worse experience ever. I ordered and paid for a barrier for my restaurant. What I received was a joke. I have never ever seen something so poorly constructed in my life. So disgusted. So he offered to have it repaired or redone. I waited another month and when I called each time was told oh we don’t have the order or I’ll have him call you. Never received a call. Finally I lost it on them. Either give me the money back on my Visa or do one properly. So finally I received a call it was ready. Another joke. I received half of what I ordered. It was not sanded and has extremely sharp edges. It is useless to me. Staff and patrons would cut themselves on it. So disgusted with this place. Absolute joke.

Overall, I am very unsatisfied. They initially said it would take 3 days for two vanity mirrors, and after a week there was nothing. After follow-up phonecall, they said it would be early the following week. That came and passed, with them saying they would try for friday. That came and passed, when they said it would definitley be done by the following wednesday - It wasn't. I finally receieved it on the next Friday, which is over three weeks from when I ordered. On the mirror over the his-and-her vanity, they also chipped the surface in mulitple places at eye level (only discovered once at home with the protective wrapping off..... On the plus side, they were marginally cheaper than Campbell, they otherwise did a good job with the cuts and outlet hole, and they were more convenient for me because they are on the mountain. I now bring them up in conversation with contractor friends as an example of how you do not do bussiness.

I called around to all the glass places in Hamilton. All the pricing was very similar except for one that was twice the price. I wanted it delivered and they were the most reasonably priced with only a week wait time! Looks great thanks!
