Have been a couple of times at this store, very professional and was provided with accurate details which was suitable for my needs. All the reps were very good and knowledgeable and help me pick the right phone and the plan. The store too was very presentable and clean. Recommend this store for your cellphone and home services needs.

Store is clean and welcoming. The staff are great and better than any other location. The staff at this store do everything to ensure you as the customer are taken care of. All new staff here and all are fantastic. I'd suggest taking advantage of the Rogers MasterCard if you can when you go in. It earns you money back to pay your bill put it towards new devices etc. Enjoy this store. They're great to you and deserve the same back for sure
My dad went into this store to upgrade his device and dealt with an employee named Robin. He was essentially scammed. They upgraded his data, but he doesn't use internet. They added a financing option to his plan even though he brought his own device. They added device protection insurance even when he said he didn't want it. He is not a native English speaker and was taken advantage of at this location. Avoid at all costs.
Overall Great store to visit. The staff was incredible especially with new precautions and measures in place due to the pandemic. They were great in helping me with my business phone. I've used them for my personal line before, and my family, but this time it was all about finding the solution for my work, and they made it happen!
