Pooles cycle is the best spot to purchase your Harley parts from, Jay and Evelyn (and the rest of the staff) are incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable, they have always been able to help me and find the parts for my builds, thank you to the staff at pooles and keep up the amazing work, you guys rock!

Waited 8 months for a bike cover due to covid I'm guessing used a 50.00 gift certificate and the rest paid cash,so yesterday I asked for my money back and only got back the cash portion and was told that the 50.00 gift certificate is now void was going to spend it on something else in store but when guy told me that (not Jimmy) I figured it was best to leave store before the feeling of getting ripped off for 50.00 got the best of me.Pretty sure I will be spending my elsewhere from now on.
