Tasty, delicious Vietnamese food. You'll smell the aromatic food the second you step in the shop. Huge variety of dishes on the menu. I thought the fried dishes we tried were a tad oilier than what I'm comfortable with, but everything was very delicious. We tried their tamarind chicken served on a bed of lettuce, onions, and bell pepper. My partner tried their stir-fried shrimp, chicken, and beef with veggies with crispy noodles and he loved it. We're planning on trying their pho next time we're in. Staff was very courteous and friendly, thank you for your amazing service.

Excellent service, delicious food and genuinely friendly and caring staff! Every time we visit Pho Binh Minh (Upper James) the owner and staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The food is always fresh and delicious, no matter what we get on the menu. The atmosphere and music played in the background are also super nice and add to a great experience. Keep up the great work!

Very nice restaurant, clean and welcoming.. great staff ,quick and friendly. Rate beef was delicious lots of fresh toppings. Price was great too. . I will be back.

Been coming here for years and I get the same thing... chicken wok eggplant or chicken wok tofu, with spring rolls and chicken fried rice. I have never experienced flavor in my life and the quality of the food is delicious and good serving size for dine in and pick up. Highly recommend here and will continue to keep coming back :)

I don't have a lot of experience with Vietnamese food but everything I've tried here has been excellent. The restaurant is beautiful and clean and the staff are attentive and polite. Would absolutely recommend if looking for a great dining experience.
