Doesn't even deserve 1 star. He gave me a quote to paint bumper (remove it and paint it) He had my car for a week and never even took the bumper off. Not only was the paint the wrong colour, they legit caused damage to parts that were perfectly fine before they painted. The photos speak for themselves. Shoddy, sloppy, and a complete waste of my time! He didn't even argue with me he handed me the keys and told me to \Just go!
I went to Pete's after getting into a motor vehicle accident and he was excellent! He went above and beyond to help me through the experience and I cannot thank him enough. Anytime I had issues with any aspect of this whole process he offered to help me which was great because I have never been in this experience and had little knowledge of things. He would contact my insurance company when they delayed getting paperwork done, he dealt with multiple issues with the car rental place my insurance company set up, and even when things took longer than he expected, he provided further support to smooth the process. He truly does care about the people who come in and I was super impressed with everything he completed for me! Many thanks for all your hard work and help! I greatly appreciate it! He really deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion for going above and beyond!
