They’re awesome! Brought my Titan XD in on Tuesday, they had to order parts, and they had it done early afternoon on Thursday. The service department was incredibly friendly and informative. Shelly was a life saver! They let my two little crazies run around, and even helped keep an eye on them so i could pay and get my truck back. Thank you guys so much! Saturday November 19 in the evening I walked into Parkway nissan and was greated by Kal, my first impression was wow! not only is this such a nice dealership but the service was excellent especially considering they were about to close in 5 min, but Kal the sales associate took the extra time to show me some cars and discuss further possibilities. Kal by far was the best sales associate I met that week I went everywhere, I mean everywhere! Parkway nissan was my last stop and the process went so smoothly, Kal sold me the best car that fit my needs, Kal was always avaliable to answer all my questions and concerns even after I purchased my car, not only was Kal a professional but also warm he has that human touch, I really really had a great experience. I now have a great 2015 Nissan Sentra and it's clean & drives beautifully. Thanks Kal and Parkway Nissan the only regret I have is that I didn't go to Parkway Nissan FIRST.
