Fabulous place, professional, friendly and down to earth staff who deliver wonderful massages. I've been to a whole bunch of different places in Hamilton for massage therapy and this company far exceeds them all!

I was actually really nervous as I had never had a massage before but Monica C made it so comfortable! She is so down to earth, my nerves quickly melted away upon talking to her. I booked a 30 min massage and the time FLEW but what a difference after only one session! The place was spotless and staff all seemed very lovely! Looking forward to becoming a regular here!:)
Had a wonderful experience with Jo-Anne! I was referred to One Wellness by my dad, who had wonderful things to say about their services. Went in for a Ion Foot Bath and it was phenomenal! I felt so much better afterwards and will definitely continue to book in the future. If you are feeling under the weather or generally sluggish/unwell, I HIGHLY recommend this! Jo-Anne is lovely and accommodating. The general atmosphere of the spa is beautiful and relaxing. Parking available out front and it is also located next to several major bus routes. Definitely recommend!!
