Im truly saddened by my experience here. Dropped off my tomato crusher for general cleaning, told it would cost 50, came in to pick it up and was given a bill for 166! When I disputed the expense I was sworn (f-bomb) at and called \salty\. They kept my machine and will be draining the oil and removing a gasket they installed before they give it back unless I pay up. I called and spoke about my experience with the owner, he couldn't have cared less. Dropped off a working machine lets see what I get back.

I would NEVER,EVER go back to this store. Recommend this store ABSOLUTELY NOT,buy from this store ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Stefan was so rude and totally useless in helping my brother with a 500.00 coffee machine that broke after only 1 month!!! People,DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE....if you have a problem with anything,you are on your own. A DISGUSTING way to run a business!!
NEVER USE THIS PLACE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They didn't send invoices and statements were only sent every couple of months. When I asked for a couple of invoices and current statement so that I could clear the account they raised there voice at me and hung up. Worst possible customer service out there! Recommend using KASCO instead of this horrible company.
