Just bought a 5-ton dump trailer from Billy @ Miska trailers. Very good service over the phone/email during Covid. Its is great to be able to buy from a Canadian manufacturer too!

We wanted to buy the best trailer to haul our show cars and to serve other needs - bucket list. A Canadian made trailer was important. We shopped around and discovered MISKA TRAILER FACTORY, Hamilton, ONT. We were pleased to get the attention to detail needed to build our new trailer -- 18 ft Deluxe Alum. Car Hauler with Racing Pkg. that included, custom options, winch mounting plate, castor wheel for jack, We asked questions and received quick responses from the MISKA TRAILER Salesperson BM. We were pleased with the factory direct prices & warranty, we placed the order signed the Invoice. When our new trailer arrived it was like Christmas - there was so much excitement to get the trailer of our dreams - we are so impressed with the quality and the workmanship of the build, exceeded our expectations. It was a nice surprise to receive a followup from Jason (General Sales Manager) and from Brett (Service & Warranty Manager). That's gold-star customer service. The MISKA TRAILER FACTORY is true to their slogans \Built Canadian Tough\ and \Made in Canada Matters.\ Thanks to all the folks at MISKA TRAILER FACTORY \True North Strong\.

I had very specific requirements, and a tight timeline for purchasing a trailer and looked all over Ontario to find one that met all of my needs. Ultimately it was Doug from Miska Trailers that found one meeting all of my critical requirements, and at a fair price. When I picked it up, there was a minor error on the invoice that I noticed at the last minute, and it took a while to get it resolved. It was resolved while I was there, so I have no reason to believe that it was anything other than an honest mistake. They corrected on the spot. Overall, I am very happy with the trailer. It is a high quality product and the service was top notch; especially considering the current hardships imposed by the COVID situation. I would recommend considering purchasing from Miska trailers for anyone who asked me.

I just bought a 2021 6ton hydraulic dump trailer from Miska last Friday! Billy @ Miska was so great to help with me through this big purchase for me. He made some additional recommendations to the specs of the trailer I initially wanted and I decided to go ahead with them. I am so grateful. Billy was able to foresee and understand the needs for my industry and the purpose for this trailer, and I can't stress enough how helpful this was. I put the trailer to work right away and its been meeting and exceeding my expectations. I will shop here again! Thanks Billy for all your help and I love the trailer.

Updating review as Miska has tried to remedy the situation. The following review still stands but I am impressed with their customer service. If you order an Aluminum landscape trailer, I would suggest insisting on 3/16” expanded and horizontal support bars to compliment the vertical bars on the gate. This would definitely solve the issues I had and the rest of the trailer is solid. I bought a small aluminum landscape trailer from Miska . The gate was very poor quality. The expanded on the gate was 1/8”, poorly welded and not welded at frequent contact points. If you stepped on, or ran the wheels of a machine on any part of the gate without a support beam the mesh just bent and cracked. Almost all the weld points were ripped off within a month and the entire sheet of expanded had to be replaced. I was only running small push mowers and 32” Walk mowers up this ramp and the trailer is “ commercial duty”. I emailed my salesman and he told me they only can get 1/8” expanded so I called Metal Supermarket and ordered a sheet of 3/16” expanded aluminum which I got in 2 days. The 3/16” is much more solid and I had it welded on locally along with additional vertical support beams at an additional cost of almost 600. The rest of the trailer was fine but the gate quality was unacceptable considering the light duty use and short period in which it was destroyed and the price paid. Those are zip ties holding the expanded on after a couple weeks of use. You could not even walk up the ramp without blowing off a weld or crushing the expanded. The final pic shows what I had to have done to the gate to fix the issues I was having. A support beam was added in between each of the existing support beams so the wheels of the mowers would always ride on a support. The expanded was also upgraded to 3/16”. The gate is very solid now and matches the rest of the trailer in durability.
