My husband and I order from Limeridge Pizza all the time. They have the best pizza around - and the service is always fantastic! All of the employees are extremely friendly - it's a pleasure to see them when we come in to pick up our order. Last weekend (Nov 28th), I went in to pick up an order that my husband had placed. There was a mix up, and they didn't think that they had received our order. It turned out that they had received it, but there was a mix up with the name. They were so busy that night, so it was totally understandable that there was a mix up. The employees were very apologetic, and offered us a discount for the inconvenience. They truly care about the customer experience. We will continue to order from, and recommend, Limeridge Pizza & Wings.

When I order pizza it's usually from here and I don't typically have a bad experience but I'm very unhappy with my latest order. I called and ordered a pizza and when it was delivered I received the wrong item which was pepperoni instead of mushrooms. I don't eat that so I called and also mentioned I couldn't see the basil I ordered but was told it would be under the cheese and so they sent me a new one. When I got my new pizza it had the mushrooms but was covered in thyme not basil. So I called again and was told they don't have basil they were mistaken about that and instead put thyme. She said next time she would tell me they don't have the item and she was sorry and abruptly hung up. That's why I'm making this poor review. First you if you don't have an item, don't substitute it with another one, that isn't what was ordered, call me and ask what can be done instead, you would think that's common sense. And second I did not appreciate the way the phone call ended, I told the girl that the pizza was COVERED in thyme which isn't what I ordered and did not receive an offer for a new pizza or a refund and hung up after apologising and me saying its alright but that doesn't mean the problem is solved. You already messed up the first pizza and sent another which was also messed up and I honestly don't even want to eat it. I don't think I'll be ordering here again as this was a very unpleasant experience and a waste of money.
